  • Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of delivery
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
    In some cases, we may offer store credit with a bonus as an alternative refund option, subject to customer preference and approval.

Returns (Unopened / Change of Mind)

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
